Dushyant Das is the Founder of Jharkhand Chess Academy with over 20+ years of coaching experience. A Certified FIDE Instructor, he has successfully trained multiple National Champions and International Medalists.
Known as the pillar of Jharkhand Chess Academy, his training approach is simple, effective, and highly engaging. Students and young learners love his easy-to-understand teaching methods, which play a key role in the consistent success of the academy’s players.

Alka Das

Alka Das is an accomplished Indian chess player and the visionary Founder of ENI Jharkhand Chess Academy. She is a Certified FIDE Instructor and a Former National Women ‘A’ Category Player, bringing strong competitive experience and professional coaching expertise to the academy.
With a passion for chess education and player development, she is dedicated to nurturing young talents and promoting excellence in competitive chess across Jharkhand.

Abhishek Das

FM Abhishek Das (IM Elect) is a highly accomplished Indian chess mentor and competitive player. A 5-time National Medalist and Asian Medalist, he has represented India at the World Junior Chess Championships and achieved a peak FIDE rating of 2383. As Mentor of Jharkhand Chess Academy, he is dedicated to developing disciplined, high-performing chess players through structured training and personalized guidance.
